- 4.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Master Trainer and Licensing Agreement with Handle With Care Behavior Management System, Inc.
- 5.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an amendment to the agreement with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) on behalf of the School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, Lubbock Campus and Lubbock County Juvenile Justice Center.
- 6.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the 2024-2025 Title I, Part D Funds, Subpart 2 Memorandum of Understanding with Lubbock Independent School District to provide educational services for students who are detained or live as residents at the Lubbock County Juvenile Justice Center.

- 11.00 Presentation and discussion regarding the Lubbock County Expo Center by the Local Government Corporation.
- 12.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the Lubbock County Hospital District for the collection of payments on tickets issued by the University Medical Center Police Department.

- 14.00 Report on the status of the committee created to organize and create a compensation and pay band policy from the Human Resources Department.
- 15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to grant a variance request to the Lubbock County Subdivision Regulations Section 7.3.2(e) for the construction of Woodrow Road in Estates of Crescent Ranch, Lots 1-70 and Tract A.
