- 19.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Clinical Affiliation Agreement between Southern New Hampshire University and the Lubbock County Juvenile Justice Center.
- 20.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Otis Service and Repair Order and Addendum for labor and material to replace door board on LCDC elevator.
- 21.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office and Shallowater Independent School District.
- 22.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve a resolution allowing the District Attorney’s Office to submit a grant application and all other requisite documentation for the Border Prosecution Unit-TAG Project Grant (BPU 3805104) and for the County Judge to sign and submit as needed..
- 23.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of the Lubbock County’s grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the Texas Office of the Governor- Homeland Security Grants Program for Regional Bomb Squad Hazardous Materials Analyzer for the FY 2026 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 24.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock County’s grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the Texas Office of the Governor - Homeland Security Grants Program for Regional SWAT Team Equipment Update be operated for the FY 2026 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 25.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action on a request by the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance for economic development funds under Section 74.602 of the Texas Property Code, to counties for specific uses. The purpose of the funds is in compliance with the provisions of Section 381.004 of the Texas Local Government Code.
- 26.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve FY 2025 participation in the TxDOT County Assistance Program.
- 27.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Rental Agreement and Addendum with Warren Cat for a D8 dozer.
- 28.00 Report on the status of County Road Projects, Department Staffing, Training and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, signs, parks, and fleet management report.

- 29.00 A quorum of the Commissioners Court may attend the following events: The 2025 United Way Annual Meeting & Volunteer Recognition Luncheon on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 11:30am at 1501 Mac Davis Ln (Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Banquet Hall) Lubbock, Texas.

- 36 As authorized by the Texas Government Code, the Commissioners' Court of Lubbock County, Texas reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters, including but not limited to any of the matters listed above, as they may relate to Texas Government Code § 551.071(1) (Consultation with Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers); Texas Government Code § 551.071(2) (Consultation with Attorney when the Attorney's obligations under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code); Texas Government Code § 551.072 (Deliberations About Real Property); Texas Government Code § 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations); Texas Government Code § 551.074 (Personnel Matters); Texas Government Code § 551.0745 (Personnel Matters Affecting a County Advisory Body); Texas Government Code § 551.076 (Deliberations Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits); and Texas Government Code § 551.087 (Deliberations Regarding Economic Development Negotiations).
