- 9.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action on a request by the Slaton Economic Development Corporation for economic development funds under Section 74.602 of the Texas Property Code, to counties for specific uses. The purpose of the funds is in compliance with the provisions of Section 381.004 of the Texas Local Government Code.
- 10.00 Presentation for designating the North Park Development area as Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 4; a Tax Increment Fund for the North Park Tax Increment Financing District in Lubbock County, that has already been designated by the City of Lubbock.
- 11.00 Presentation and discussion on behalf of Ronnie Keister, Tax Assessor- Collector, regarding the Venue and Short-Term Rental Tax Collections.
- 12.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Service Agreement and Addendum with Windstream Enterprise for internet services at the Idalou Clubhouse.
- 13.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Master Services Agreement with Computer Solutions for the migration of routers.
- 14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Crosby County for Inmate Housing in Lubbock County.
- 15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Intent to PiggyBack Off Cooperative Procurement and Addendum to Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprises, Inc.
- 16.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Planned Services Proposal and Addendum with Johnson Controls for the chillers at the Lubbock County Detention Center.
- 17.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock County’s grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) on behalf of the South Plains Auto Theft Task Force (SPATTF) for the FY2026 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit al necessary grant documents needed.
- 18.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to increase the capital caliche inventory in Lubbock County by 0.25 miles by converting CR 5900 east of FM 789 by adding it to the project lists for Road Projects, Line 020-190-6230.
- 19.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve and execute for filing purposes, the plat regarding Red Feather Commercial, Tracts G-1 & H-1, a replat of Tracts G & H in Precinct 1.
- 20.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action for the final acceptance of County Roads 6820, 6830, 1350, and 1360; roads associated with Inler Business Park, Tracts K-1 through P1 & W-SS into county road maintenance in Precinct 1.
- 21.00 Report on the status of County Road Projects, Department Staffing, Training and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, signs, parks, and fleet management report.
