- 15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding funding for the Idalou Cotton Fest event held in the City of Idalou, pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.044, will be used to promote the arts in our community.
- 16.00 Presentation of the Constable Pct.1 monthly report for June 2025 per Local Government Code 114.044.
- 17.00 Presentation and discussion on behalf of Ronnie Keister, Tax Assessor-Collector, regarding the Venue and Short-Term Rental Tax Collections.
- 18.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an interpreting services agreement with Life, Inc. for American Sign Language interpreters at some polling locations.
- 19.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the Resolution authorizing the County Judge to enter into multi-use agreements with the Texas Department of Transportation, Abilene Division, Amarillo Division, Childress Division, and Lubbock Division allowing the installation and operation of automated license plate recognition cameras in Texas Department of Transportation right-of-way.
- 20.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding funding for the West region Area Special Olympics pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.044, will be used in our community.
- 21.00 Report on the status of County Road projects, Department Staffing, Training, and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, signs, parks, and fleet management report.

- 27 As authorized by the Texas Government Code, the Commissioners' Court of Lubbock County, Texas reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters, including but not limited to any of the matters listed above, as they may relate to Texas Government Code § 551.071(1) (Consultation with Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers); Texas Government Code § 551.071(2) (Consultation with Attorney when the Attorney's obligations under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code); Texas Government Code § 551.072 (Deliberations About Real Property); Texas Government Code § 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations); Texas Government Code § 551.074 (Personnel Matters); Texas Government Code § 551.0745 (Personnel Matters Affecting a County Advisory Body); Texas Government Code § 551.076 (Deliberations Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits); and Texas Government Code § 551.087 (Deliberations Regarding Economic Development Negotiations).
