- 22.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve Joshua Lara and Penny Morin as Bilingual Election Clerks to serve at the Elections Office for the November 4, 2025 Special Election pursuant to Texas Election Code Section 272.009.
- 23.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the dates and times pursuant to Section 65.0541 of the Texas Election Code for a voter who is accepted for provisional voting under Section 63.011 because the voter does not meet the identification requirements of Section 63.001(b) may, not later than the sixth day after the date of the election: (1) present a form of identification described by Section 63.0101 to the voter registrar; or (2) execute an affidavit described by Section 65.054(b)(2)(B) or (C) in the presence of the voter registrar for the November 4, 2025 Special Election.

- 26.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the FY 2026 Fire Suppression and Rescue Services Agreements.
- 27.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve Lubbock County Policy & Regulations regarding all Lubbock County Community Centers to be effective October 1, 2025.
- 28.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to adopt local rules and decorum of the Commissioners Court in accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code.
