- 10.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding the recommendation from the Lubbock County Certified Local Government Committee as presented regarding the Section 106, National Historic Preservation act and projects taking place in Lubbock County, specifically the proposed nomination of the George H. Mahon Federal Building and United States Courthouse to the National Register of Historic Places at 1205 Texas Avenue, Lubbock, Texas.
- 11.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to sign the Family Land Heritage Program application for Dunn Farms located six miles northeast of New Deal in Lubbock County, to the Texas Department of Agriculture which honors farms and ranches that have been in continuous agricultural production by the same family for 100, 150, and 200 years.
- 12.00 Presentation for April 2026 monthly report for Constable Pct. 1, as required by Local Government Code 114.044.
- 13.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a termination letter with Comdata Network, Inc.
- 14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Venue Rental Agreement with Scottish Rite Event Center for Family Mediation Training to be held January 5-7, 2027.
- 15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to ratify the signing of an Amendment with Tyler Technologies and authorize the signing of Exhibit B to this Amendment once the County is ready to discontinue service of Electronic Discovery-VI.
- 16.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Quotation and Addendum with Magnet Forensics LLC for the renewal of the GrayKey License Agreement for the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office.
- 17.00 Report on the status of County Road projects, Department Staffing, Training, and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, signs, parks, and fleet management.

- 18.00 A quorum of the Commissioners Court may attend the following events: The Chamber of Commerce Conversation on Data Centers community panel on Friday, May 22 from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Texas Tech Club in Lubbock, Texas. The Pray Lubbock County leadership lunch hour prayer on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at 904 Broadway, 5th Floor (Commissioner’s Courtroom) Lubbock, Texas.
