- 1. Public Hearing: Consideration of Whether the Structure Located at 1115 Seneca Place (Indian Oaks Addition, Section 2, Block D, Lot 50) Should be Declared a Substandard Structure and Whether the Structure Must Be Secured, Vacated, Repaired, Removed, or Demolished.
- D. Visitor/Citizens Forum
- 13 Speakers must address their comments to the Mayor rather than to individual Council members or staff. Speakers should speak clearly and state their name and address prior to beginning their remarks. Speakers will be allowed 5 minutes for testimony. Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks may be removed from the meeting. Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistles, yells, clapping, and similar demonstrations will not be permitted. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. Action can only be taken at a future meeting.

- 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: City Council Minutes of the January 8, 2024, Workshop Session, and Regular Session.
- 3. Approval of a Contract to Vizcarra Hospitality, LLC for Hedrick House Operational Services; and Authorization for the City Manager, or her Designee, to Execute the Agreement.
- 4. Approval of a Concessionaire Agreement with JSRDALLAS dba Jet Ski Rental Dallas; and Authorization for the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.

Approval of a Resolution Designating the Director of Parks and Recreation to be Responsible for and Acting for and on Behalf of the City of Lewisville in Dealing with the Texas A&M Forest Service for the Purpose of Participating in the Community Forestry Grant Program for Increasing Human Health, Equity and Accessibility and for the Tree City USA Growth Award; Certifying the City of Lewisville is Eligible to Receive Program Assistance; Certifying the City’s Matching Share is Readily Available.
