A quorum of the City Council, Animal Services Advisory Committee, Arts Advisory Board, Blue Ribbon Committee, Charter Review Commission, Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee, Library Board, Old Town Design Review Committee, Planning and Zoning Commission, Capital Improvement Advisory Committee, Transportation Board, Park Board, Fire/Crime Control and Prevention and Emergency Medical Services District Board, Overlay District Board, Lewisville Public Facility Corporation, Lewisville Parks and Library Development Corporation, Lewisville Local Government Corporation, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones #1, 2, 3 and 4, and Zoning Board Of Adjustment may be in attendance and participate in this event.
