- 16 Speakers must address their comments to the Mayor rather than to individual Council members or staff. Speakers should speak clearly and state their name and address prior to beginning their remarks. Speakers will be allowed 5 minutes for testimony. Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks may be removed from the meeting. Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistles, yells, clapping, and similar demonstrations will not be permitted. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. Action can only be taken at a future meeting.
- F. Consent Agenda
- 18 All of the following items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be self-explanatory by the Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or member of the public so request. For a member of the public to request removal of an item, a speaker card or e-comment must be filled out and submitted to the City Secretary.
- 1. Approval of the First Amendment to the Economic Development Agreement Between Anixter, Inc. and the City of Lewisville; and Authorization for the City Manager, or Her Designee, to Execute the First Amendment.
- 2. Approval of a Bid Award for Ace Lane Sidewalk and Water Line Improvements Project to Patcon Services, LLC in the Amount of $1,010,724.96; and Authorization for the City Manager, or Her Designee, to Execute the Contract.
- 3. Approval of a Planning and Interlocal Agreement Amendment Between the Cities of Coppell and Lewisville to Provide for Permitting and Jurisdictional Responsibilities for Various Municipal Services for a Proposed 4.75-Acre Development, Zoned Light Industrial District (LI) and Located on the South Side of Vista Ridge Mall Drive, Approximately 7.5 Feet West of Highview Lane on a Site That Spans Both Cities.
- 4. Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lewisville, Texas, Approving an Advance Funding Agreement for a Highway Safety Improvement Project with the State of Texas, Acting Through the Texas Department of Transportation and Authorizing the City Manager or Her Designee to Execute the Advanced Funding Agreement and Take Other Action Necessary for the City to Participate in the Advanced Funding Agreement; and Providing an Effective Date.
