  5. 4 The invocation was given by Pastor Josh Cagle with Mercy Gate Church. The Clear Falls Troubadoors sang the National Anthem in place of the pledge of allegiance.
  6. 4 Mayor Long called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and called the roll. All members of Council were present. Mayor Pro Tem Hicks attended remotely.

No member of the community is required to attend or participate in the invocation and such decision will have no impact on their right to actively participate in the business of the Council.
