- 4 Mayor Pro Tem Justin Hicks called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and called the roll. Mayor Long and Mr. Saunders were absent. Mr. Tressler attended remotely via videoconference. Mr. Chadwell arrived at 6:01 p.m.
