Submission of the proposed 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) as per ArticleVI, Section 6.05, of the City Charter which states that "the City Manager shall prepare and submit a five year capital program at least sixty (60) days before the end of the fiscal year. 24-1226 no action taken
