- 1. Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Strategic Government Resources (SGR) for professional executive consulting services, specifically for an Executive Utilities Director and related consulting services, for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 for a duration of six months; subject to funding availability. Funding is available in the Utilities department budget.
- 33 INFORMATION SERVICES & TELECOMMUNICATION: JOE C. RIVERA, DIRECTOR
- 34 Authorizing the City Manager to ratify an existing contract between Pictometry International, an Eagleview Technologies company, and the City of Laredo to provide digital aerial imagery for the South Texas Region to increase the total amount from $477,687.00 to $543,442.00. The vendor has higher resolution now available, and the increase of $65,755.00 will allow the last flight of the contract to have the enhanced imagery. The aerial imagery will be used by 9-1-1 Regional Administration GIS and Database personnel, as well as by 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) or call centers to update the existing level of service. Pictometry International is a Sole Source vendor. Funding is available in the Regional 9-1-1 Fund.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo to nominate a Council Member/Person as the City of Laredo's candidate to the Webb County Appraisal District Board of Directors commencing on January 1, 2025 as per the passage of Senate Bill 2 of the 88th Legislature in 2023 and Section 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax Code and directing the City Secretary to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the Chief Appraiser of the Webb County Appraisal District. City Council will cast its 1,039 votes in any manner it wishes for those individuals listed on the ballot provided by the Chief Appraiser.
