  6. 6 ENGINEERING: ELIUD DE LOS SANTOS P.E., CITY ENGINEER approve Pass
  7. 2. Consideration for approval of amendment no.2 an increase of $91,732.15 for a professional services contract with RS&H, Inc., San Antonio, Texas for the Laredo International Airport to construct Taxiways J1 and J2. This amendment no.2 is to provide additional construction administration services, full time resident project representative (RPR) services, and direct expenses to construct Taxiways J1 and J2. Due to construction material delivery delays, an additional 90 days is being added to the contract bringing the total construction duration to 475 calendar days. Current contract amount with this amendment is $1,362,319.26. Services for this project are eligible for reimbursement by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Grant. Funding is available in the Laredo International Airport Fund. 25-1738
