Discussion and possible action to request City Engineering (with the assistance of KCI Technologies) begin preparing updated design drawings, probable cost estimate and competitive solicitation consistent with the current available budget for the San Agustin Ave. The goal is to award expeditiously at the earliest, or upon substantially completing the Iturbide Street Improvements Project, as may be decided by the Board.

Discussion and possible action to approve the relocation of parking meters on the east side of 300 Flores Ave. directly connected to an area that is part of the Iturbide Street Improvements project, and request City Engineering, with the assistance of KCI Technologies, bring back options and cost estimate for Board consideration.
21. 21 C. Discussion and possible action to approve Contract Amendment #5 with KCI Technologies authorizing a public information graphic board sign to be prepared and posted on Iturbide Street illustrating improvements and project timelines.
