11. 11 c. Review the University of Delaware Center for Research in Education & Social Policy Community Needs Assessment for PWDs. to assist in developing BRC PWD strategic plan.

15. 15 a. Discussion and possible action to determine methodology, work partnerships and organizations or individuals to survey.
16. 16 b. Discussion and possible action regarding update on City of Laredo's plan to develop and launch a service needs assessment for people with disabilities later this year. Depending on the actuality or future plan of this needs assessment to be conducted by the city, the committee can make an informed decision if to wait or move forward with its own needs assessment survey.
