Discussion and possible action regarding the commencement of services under the District’s adopted Service Plan, including authorization to begin sidewalk power washing operations within the boundaries of the District as the initial service activity, and all other matters incident thereto. 2. Discussion and possible action to authorize the initiation of a formal competitive solicitation process for street power washing services within the District, including approval of bid specifications, scope of work, evaluation criteria, and publication of the solicitation, and all other matters incident thereto. 3. Discussion and possible action to designate authorized signatories for District checks and other instruments drawn against District depository accounts, to establish or amend any dual-signature or threshold requirements applicable thereto, and to authorize the execution and delivery of updated signature cards and related documentation to the District’s depository, and all other matters incident thereto. 4.
