Consideration of possible action on the property of HOLGUIN, ALICIA T., TREVINO, FELICANO JR, TREVINO, FERNANDO, VILLARREAL, AMELIA T. whose legal description is LOT 10, BLOCK 316, EASTERN DIVISION. It is commonly known as 108 REYNOLDS STREET (2502 Sanders Avenue). Staff recommends the demolishing of the entire structure facing Sanders Avenue (2502 Sanders Ave.), including the storage room on the side. b. Consideration of possible action on the property of ALVARADO, YOLANDA, FLORES, HOMERO, PENA, IRMA, whose legal description is LOT 3 & LOT 4, BLOCK 505, EASTERN DIVISION.. It is commonly known as 4518 SPRINGFIELD AVENUE.. Staff recommends to demolish the (2) two entire structures. c. Consideration of possible action on the property of VELAQUEZ, ELIZABETH M, (Flores, Elizabeth) whose legal description is W3/4 OF 8 LESS 1357.6 SQ FT, BLOCK 182, WESTERN DIVISION. It is commonly known as 1019 SAN ENRIQUE AVENUE. Staff recommends demolition of two (2) entire structures (2 out of 3 structures on the property). d. Consideration of possible action on the property of GARZA, PABLO O, whose legal description is W2/4 OF 8, BLOCK 207, WESTERN DIVISION. It is commonly known as 1719 SCOTT STREET. Staff recommends demolition of the entire structure with fire damage only.
