The City Manager’s submission of the City of Laredo Proposed Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 to the City Council and filing of the proposed budget with the City Secretary, pursuant to Article VI, Section 6.02 of the City Charter and Chapter 102 of the Texas Local Government Code. No action or discussion is requested to adopt the budget or establish or adopt a property tax rate. 26-1437 no action taken

City Manager’s submission of the City of Laredo Proposed Fiscal Years 2027-2031 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to City Council, pursuant to Article VI, Section 6.05 of the City Charter. No action is requested to adopt the CIP, appropriate funding, authorize debt, or approve an individual capital project. The City Manager will present and submit the Proposed Fiscal Years 2027-2031 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program. The proposed CIP identifies capital projects anticipated during the five-year planning period and includes estimated project costs, potential funding sources, recommended schedules, and estimated operating and maintenance costs, as applicable. This submission satisfies the City Charter requirement for presentation of the five-year capital program and begins the public review and consideration process. Adoption of the CIP and authorization of project funding will be considered separately through properly posted agenda items. 26-1476 no action taken
