12. 12 d. On July 27, 2026, Mr. Jaime Garza was recognized and honored by the City of Laredo Mayor, Victor Trevino, M.D. for thirteen years of service as a BRC member.

BRC Needs Assessments Subcommittee will seek an appointment with the Health Department & city leaders to provide guidance regarding the development of an MOU between the BRC and TAMIU to assist in the development, implementation of the people with disabilities community needs assessment and includes data collection and aggregation. of results.
