An ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, amending division 3. - cost, fees, and enforcement, section 28-215, of the code of ordinances land development code to establish and codify fees charged to the public for overtime construction inspection services; establishing request, payment, and exemption requirements; providing for an automatic four percent (4%) annual cost-of-living adjustment to such fees without further city council action; providing for publication of the adjusted fee schedule; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
