- 24 This is a time for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hours’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.
- F. CONSENT
- 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Tuesday, December 19, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting.
- 2. Consider a resolution approving a professional services agreement with HR Green, Inc. of Plano, Texas; to provide professional engineering services related to the 2024 Pavement Marking Program, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 3. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement (LMA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), for the Green Ribbon Program Off-Set, relating to the FM 1709 Median Landscape Improvement Project.
- 4. Consider an ordinance appointing a Municipal Court Judge and Associate Judge for the Municipal Court of Record for the City of Keller, Texas, for a term of three (3) years, effective January 1, 2024.

- 1. Consider a resolution calling the General Election for City Council Place 1 and City Council Place 2 for the City of Keller, to be held on May 4, 2024, as set forth by the City Charter and Texas Election Code.

Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code, and pursuant to the City’s Economic Development Policy, with Danny Eldridge of BEN Investments LLC, owner of the property located at 147 S Elm Street, Keller, TX 76248 for a City of Keller Façade Improvement Grant.
- 3. Consider a resolution approving a Site Plan with variances for a new 4,500 square-foot restaurant, on .11 acre, located on the west side of South Main Street, approximately 100 feet southwest of the Bates and South Main Street intersection, legally described as a portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 5, Keller, City Addition and addressed as 228 South Main Street.
