- 15 This is a time for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hours’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.
- F. CONSENT
- 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Tuesday, February 6, 2024 Regular City Council Meeting.
- 2. Consider a resolution approving the bid from SRH Landscapes, of Dallas, Texas for contractual services relating to Grounds Management Services - Parks, Facility Grounds, Medians and Parkways, for the Parks and Recreation Department, for a three (3) year period, with one (1) additional one (1) year renewal period, not to exceed four (4) years; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 4. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County to rehabilitate and resurface Bear Creek Parkway from Whitley Road to Rufe Snow Drive and Spring Branch Drive from Oak Valley Drive to Cul de Sac, for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement.
- 5. Consider a resolution approving a professional services agreement with Freese and Nichols, of Fort Worth, Texas for the Lead and Copper Rule Revision Compliance Program Phase 2 Services project, for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 6. Consider a resolution approving the construction proposal from CI Pavement of Grand Prairie, Texas, for the FY 2022-23 Sidewalk Repair Project, for the Public Works Department, through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS-USA) purchasing cooperative; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.

- 1. Consider an ordinance approving a Planned Development (PD) amendment for Milestone Church, being 54.28 acres on the north side of Mount Gilead Road, approximately 1,000 feet east of U. S. Hwy. 377, zoned Planned Development 1724-Single Family Residential-15,000 square foot minimum and Planned Development 1724-Patio Homes 6,500 square foot minimum, on the property legally described as Lot 1R, Block A of the Milestone Church Addition and addressed 201 Mount Gilead Road.
