PUBLIC HEARING: Consider a request to appeal the denial of building permit RREM-2406-0005, related to the expansion of a legal non-conforming structure, on a .83-acre lot, located approximately 600 feet northeast of the Timber Ridge Lane and North Pearson Lane intersection and legally described as Lot 8, Block 1, Oakwood Estates.
