However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hours’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.
- F. CONSENT
- 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Tuesday, January 7, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting.
- 2. Consider a resolution approving a payment to North Texas Contracting, Inc. of Keller, Texas; for the emergency repair of a water line due to damage from a private contractor adjacent to the intersection of Mt. Gilead Road and Lone Star Drive, for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 3. Consider a resolution approving an Agreement for Professional Services with Kleinfelder, of Irving, Texas; for the purpose of providing engineering design services relating to the maintenance and rehabilitation of the Keller-Smithfield Elevated Storage Tank; for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.

Consider a resolution approving an Agreement for Professional Services with Kimley-Horn of Fort Worth, Texas; for the purpose of providing project construction phase services, relating to the South Elm Street Reconstruction Project for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.

- 1. Consider a resolution approving the construction bid for the South Elm Street Reconstruction project, from The Fain Group, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas; for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 2. Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code, and pursuant to the city's economic development policy, with FLEXD Keller, LLC, owner of approximately 10.74 acres at 777 Chisholm Trail and 150 Bear Creek Pkwy; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
