- 23 This is a time for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given three business days’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.
- F. CONSENT
- 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Tuesday, January 6, 2026 Regular City Council Meeting.
- 2. Consider a resolution approving the bid from CGC General Contractors, Inc., of Haltom City, Texas, for the Town Hall Restroom Renovation Project Phase II, for the Facilities Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 3. Consider a resolution receiving the Keller Quarterly Financial Report for period ending September 30, 2025 (unaudited) and providing an effective date.
- 4. Consider a resolution receiving the Keller Quarterly Investment Report for period ending September 30, 2025, and providing an effective date.
- 5. Consider a resolution ratifying a purchase agreement with Saratoga Rack Marketing LLC, dba Tartan Oil LLC for fuel purchases, as awarded by Tarrant County, Texas, utilizing a cooperative purchasing interlocal agreement between the City of Keller and Tarrant County; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 6. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the Cities of Keller, Southlake, Grapevine and Colleyville, Texas, for participation in the Metroport Teen Court Program, effective October 1, 2025.

- 1. Consider a resolution calling the General Election for Mayor, City Council Place 5, and City Council Place 6 for the City of Keller, to be held on May 2, 2026, as set forth by the City Charter and Texas Election Code.
