- 16 This is a time for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given three business days’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.
- F. CONSENT
- 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Tuesday, April 7, 2026 Regular City Council Meeting.
- 2. Consider a resolution approving the proposal from Yeehaw Tractor Guys LLC, of Denton, Texas, for contractual services relating to 2026 Public Works Mowing Services for rights-of-way, water sites, drainage channels, and other City-owned properties, for the Public Works Department, for a five-year term; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
- 3. Consider a resolution approving a Supplement to the Public Highway At-Grade Crossing Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company for the Keller Hicks Road Improvements Project, for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said supplement on behalf of the City of Keller.

- H. NEW BUSINESS
- 1. Consider an ordinance amending the City of Keller Code of Ordinances by amending Section 6-100, “Adoption of International Fire Code,” and Section 6-110, “Reserved,” of Chapter 6 - Fire Prevention; adopting new sections, Section 6-100, “2024 International Fire Code adopted;” Section 6-110, “Amendments to the International Fire Code, 2024 edition;” Section 6-120, “False Fire Alarms;” and Section 6-130, “Open Burning;” adding Chapter 6, Article II - Keller Fire Marshal’s Office; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative; providing a savings clause; providing a severability clause; providing for a penalty for violations; and providing an effective date.

- 25 The City Council reserves the right to convene into Executive Session at any time during the meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including, but not limited to, Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Real Property), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), or any other provision under the Texas Open Meetings Act, for any item posted on this agenda.
