- 26 This is a time for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given three business days’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.
- F. CONSENT
- 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Tuesday, May 19, 2026 Regular City Council Meeting.
- 2. Consider approval of the Minutes of the Friday, May 22, 2026 Special City Council Meeting.
- 3. Consider a resolution appointing City Council Members to serve on various Boards and Committees, and appoint a Mayor Pro Tem.
- 4. Consider a resolution awarding a contract to Prater Electric, of Rowlett, Texas, for the Pearson Pump Station VFD Replacement project for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.

Consider a resolution approving the purchase of one (1) replacement emergency diesel generator and installation services for the Marshall Branch West Wastewater Lift Station from Waukesha-Pearce Industries, of Houston, Texas, through the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract documents on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.

Consider a resolution approving a Supplement to the Public Highway At-Grade Crossing Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company for the Keller Hicks Road Improvements Project, for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said supplement on behalf of the City of Keller.
