J.1 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3846 to rezone approximately 2.62 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Golfing Green Drive and Josey Lane from Planned Development District No. 10 (PD-10) and Office District (O) to Planned Development District No. 109 (PD-109) to allow a townhome development and establish related development standards; and take appropriate action. J.2 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance 3848 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by amending Article 2, Section 2.4, Use Table to add Mobile Food Unit as permitted in specified districts; amending Article 5 by adding Section 5.8 Mobile Food Unit Overlay Districts, and by amending Article 7, Section 7.3, by deleting the definition for Mobile Food Preparation Vehicle and adding a definition for Mobile Food Unit; and take appropriate action.   38. 37 Public Comment is your opportunity to address your City of Farmers Branch elected officials directly about issues that are important to and your community, but there is a process that must be followed: Speaker request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless the Citizen Comments form has been submitted. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda. Speaker Request Online Form: https://www.farmersbranchtx.gov/101/City-Council There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen (15) total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. No disparaging or inflammatory remarks directed at any member of the City Council or City staff will be allowed. When called by the Mayor, please approach the podium and state your name and address prior to beginning your comment.
