  9. 2. Discussion and action to propose that City Council direct the City Manager to conduct listening sessions with female uniformed and non-uniformed employees in regards to the parental leave policy. 24-106
  10. 3. Discussion and action on how the Women’s Rights Commission can support women in a pregnancy or adoption decision. 24-107

Discussion and action regarding the Women’s Rights Commissions requesting the City Council of El Paso, TX send a letter against adopting an ordinance barring individuals traveling through their city to seek reproductive care to the Mayor of Amarillo and it’s City Council, proposed by Commissioner Turner. 24-108

Discussion and action recommending that the El Paso City Council adopt an ordinance to protect the right to travel upon all roads within the city and leveling the maximum penalty under the law for anyone interfering with travel by any means prior to or after said travel is undertaken, proposed by Commissioner Turner. 24-109
