Discussion and Action on the Update to the City of El Paso Investment Policy. · Motion made by Representative Fierro, seconded by Representative Molinar and approved by Representative Kennedy, Representative Acevedo, Representative Fierro and Representative Molinar to refer the City of El Paso Investment Policy to City Council for action. 3. Discussion and Action on the results of the City Council & City Manager’s Office P-Card and Travel Review - Years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. · Motion made by Representative Fierro, seconded by Representative Kennedy and approved by Representative Kennedy, Representative Acevedo and Representative Fierro to delete the agenda item. 4.
