  1. 1 Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of El Paso will be conducted on March 20, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. A video recording will be made available after the meeting. In compliance with the requirement that the City provide two-way communication for members of the public, members of the public may communicate with Council members during public comment. A sign up sheet will be available at the event.
  2. 2 A quorum of City Council must participate in the meeting.

  4. 1. Presentation, Discussion, and action on the City Council Strategic Budget Development Workshop to help shape funding priorities in alignment with community needs and the City’s fiscal outlook in preparation of the FY 2026 Budget. 25-376
