  1. 1 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Open Space Advisory Board will be conducted on the above date and time.

A sign-up form is available outside the Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor for those who wish to sign upon the day of the meeting. Requests to speak must be received by 3:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting.

  9. 17 Pursuant to Ordinance Number 017770, the Board may conduct meetings closed to the public when discussing matters related to the acquisition of real property. The Board will announce it will go into closed session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel on matters specifically listed on this agenda.
