- 1. Approval of minutes of the Regular Mass Transit Department Board Meeting of June 10, 2025.

- 12 REGULAR AGENDA - OTHER BUSINESS:
- 3. Discussion and action on a Resolution and that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign the documents related to the Fiscal Year 2024 Low or No Emission Grant Program and the Grants for Buses and Bus Facilities Competitive Program, which offers funding in the amount of $30,597,000.00 and requires a total cash match of $5,455,621.00; and that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to establish the funding sources, effectuate any budget transfers, and sign any agreements, verifications, and documents after review and approval by the City Attorney’s office, required to carry out the purpose of this resolution and that the City shall provide all local matching funds, in the amount of $2,755,221.00, for said grant.

Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Manager or designee is authorized to sign the documents related to Fiscal Year 2024 Community Project Funding for Sun Metro's Micro Transit Project which offers funding in the amount of $720,000.00 and requires a cash match of $180,000.00 and that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to establish funding sources, effectuate any budget transfers and sign any agreements, verification and documents after review and approval by the City Attorney's office required to apply for this grant; and that the City shall provide all matching funds in the amount of $180,000.00.

- 16 The Mass Transit Department Board of the City of El Paso may retire into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to Section 3.5A of the El Paso City Charter and the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, to discuss any of the following: (The items listed below are matters of the sort routinely discussed in Executive Session, but the Mass Transit Department Board of the City of El Paso may move to Executive Session any of the items on this agenda, consistent with the terms of the Open Meetings Act.) The Mass Transit Department Board will return to open session to take any final action and may also, at any time during the meeting, bring forward any of the following items for public discussion, as appropriate.
