- 1 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Bond Overview Advisory Committee (BOAC) will be conducted on the above date and time.

- 4 The following members of the Bond Overview Advisory Committee (BOAC) will be present: Acosta, Emma; Chaney, Nathaniel; Guevara, Melissa; Grambling, Holt; Iglesias, Joseph; Laign, Tom; Moreno, Taylor; Woodcraft, Ryan A quorum of the Bond Overview Advisory Committee (BOAC) members must be present and participate in the meeting.

- 1. Call to the Public - This time is reserved for members of the public who would like to address the Committee on items that are not on the agenda; maximum of three (3) minutes.
- 2. Discussion and action by the BOAC to draft a letter with BOAC’s comments and recommendations to City Representatives concerning City Council’s direction to amend BOAC’s enabling Resolution.
