A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a Services Agreement between the CITY OF EL PASO and Center Against Sexual and Family Violence (CASFV), a non-profit corporation, to provide outreach emergency counseling and follow-up public health services for reported victims of sexual assault, for an annual amount not to exceed thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00) for the first year, twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for the second year and fifteen-thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for the third year of the agreement. The term of this agreement shall start April 1, 2026 with two automatic, annual renewals.
