- 1 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Deer Park will hold the following public hearing(s) at which time and place they will hear all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with any matter or question relating to the following request(s):
- 2 PUBLIC HEARINGS 6:20 P.M.
- 1. Ignacio Ramirez is requesting a seven (7) foot variance to the height of an accessory structure to construct an accessory structure at 2040 Oklahoma Avenue.
- 2. Lisa Boucher is requesting a fourteen (14) foot variance to the width of a driveway to be constructed at 718 Princeton Lane.
- 3. Jose Guerrero is requesting a two (2) foot variance to the length of parking space requirements for a new parking lot to be constructed at 5114 Railroad Street.
- 4. Jose Guerrero is requesting a 0.10 acre -feet per acre detention rate variance for a new parking lot to be constructed at 5114 Railroad Street.
- 5. Frank Preston is requesting a twenty four (24) percent rear yard lot coverage overage variance to construct an accessory structure at 1201 E. Pasadena Blvd.
- 6. Frank Preston is requesting a fifteen (15) foot variance to the height of an accessory structure to be constructed at 1201 E. Pasadena Blvd.
