- 1 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Deer Park will hold the following public hearing(s) at which time and place they will hear all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with any matter or question relating to the following request(s):
- 2 PUBLIC HEARINGS 6:20 P.M.
- 1. Kenneth Smith is requesting a five (5) foot variance to the height of an accessory structure to be constructed at 1809 Meadow Lark Street.
- 2. Gabriela Gonzalez is requesting a nine (9) foot four (4) inch variance to the width of a driveway to be constructed at 2218 Kingwood Drive.
- 3. Larry and Sonja Druell are requesting a five (5) foot variance to the width of a driveway to be constructed at 2209 Kingwood Drive.
- 4. Derick Walker is requesting a variance for a carport not attached to a garage to be constructed at 2120 Plunkett Street.
- 5. Derick Walker is requesting a twenty (20) foot variance to the length of a carport to be constructed at 2120 Plunkett Street.
- 6. Derick Walker is requesting a four (4) foot variance to the to the side building line for a carport to be constructed at 2120 Plunkett Street.
