Department of Transportation and Public Works: Authorize a professional engineering services contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., the most highly qualified proposer specifically for traffic signal design services for five intersections in Group 1 as follows: Belt Line Road at Lawson Road; Beckleymeade Avenue at Polk Street; Buford Drive at Camp Wisdom Road; Akard Street at Young Street; Elm Street at Griffin Street; and a Traffic Safety Study and other associated engineering tasks for the Abrams Road Corridor from Richmond Avenue to Beacon Street - Not to exceed $931,484.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2024 General Obligation Bond Fund) ($762,683.00 and General Funds ($168,801.00)
