Authorize (1) an agreement with TX Tenison 2023, LTD., for contribution of funds towards the relocation of an emergency siren located in the median between Merrifield Avenue and the westbound exit ramp of Interstate Highway 30 (IH-30) to Dolphin Road in the city of Dallas; (2) an increase in appropriations in an amount not to exceed $21,570.00 in the General Fund; and (3) the receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $21,570.00 in the General Fund - Not to exceed $21,570.00 - Financing: General Fund 26-1989A
