- D. PRETRIAL HEARING FOR THE REMOVAL ACTION OF THE MAYOR (ITEM 1)
- 1. Pretrial Hearing for the Removal Action of the Mayor, with discussion and possible action regarding preliminary and procedural matters for removal proceedings, including other motions before the City Council, witness lists, issuance of subpoenas, and all other related matters for the Removal Action, and scheduling of additional pretrial hearings and the Hearing for the Removal Action of the Mayor.
- E. EXECUTIVE SESSION: (ITEM 2)
- 2. Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the Pretrial Hearing for the Removal Action of the Mayor.
