- Hearing for the Removal Action of the Mayor, with possible action to refer to the Ethics Commission (referral requires an ordinance), reprimand, suspend, or remove Mayor Paulette Guajardo. (Removal requires a majority vote of all council members holding office - 5 votes)
- E. EXECUTIVE SESSION: (ITEM 2)
- 2. Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to Article II, Section 11 of the City Charter and other legal matters related to the hearing for the removal action of the mayor, including referral to the Ethics Commission, reprimand, suspension, or removal of the mayor.
