2. 2 Notice was hereby given that the Building and Standards Commission of the City of Coppell, Texas, met on Thursday, December 5, 2024, in Regular Called Session at 6:00 p.m. for Work Session. Regular Session followed immediately thereafter, at Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more Commissioners or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. 7. 7 This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Board or Commission on any matter. Anyone wishing to address the Board or Commission should register prior to the start of the meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak. In the event that there are more than thirty (30) speakers registered for citizens appearance, the chairperson may reduce each speaker's time to no less than one minute per speaker. The Board or Commission is not permitted to discuss or take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizens' Appearance

9. 6. Determine whether the building or structure at 407 Greenway Court (WATERSIDE ESTATES 2 BLK A LOT 15) complies with the standards outlined in Article 15-14, Chapter 15 of the City of Coppell Code of Ordinance and remedies suggested herewith in. 2024-7829 Approved Pass
