2. 2 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas previously scheduled to meet is CANCELLED. The City Council of the City of Coppell was timely noticed to meet in Regular Called Session at 6:00 p.m. for Work Session, and Regular Session will begin at 7:30 p.m., to be held at Town Center, 255 E. Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas. This meeting will not be held and is cancelled. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the following items:

Consider approval to award Bid #Q-1226-01 to Cole Construction, Inc.; for the Arbor Brook Channel project; in the amount of $3,296,227.65; with a maximum potential incentive of $100,000.00; and to approve Change Order 1 with Cole Construction, Inc.; for additional drainage work along Briarcove Lane; in the amount of $140,893.43; for a total award amount of $3,537,121.08; as provided for in the Drainage Utility District (DUD) fund, fund balance and the Water Sewer retained earnings fund; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents. 2026-0038
