The City Council of the City of Coppell met in Executive Session on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. in the Meeting Rooms at Life Safety Park, located at 820 S. Coppell Road, Coppell, Texas. Work Session to conduct a Leadership and Strategic Planning Workshop followed immediately thereafter. Councilmember Ramesh Premkumar arrived at 8:03 a.m.
