The City Council of the City of Coppell met in Regular Session on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.

- B. Consider approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, amending the Master Fee Schedule by amending Police Fees (3) Body Worn Camera video; Coppell City Code in the Master Fee Schedule, and providing an effective date; and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

Consider approval of awarding a contract to Custard Construction; for repair of the concrete and resurfacing of the Plaza in front of the Justice Center; utilizing TIPS #241001; in the amount of $69,951.29; as provided for in the Facilities designated fund, fund balance; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents.

Consider approval of an amendment to the Code of Ordinances, by amending Chapter 9 “General Regulations”, Article 9-11” Parks and Recreation Code”, by adoption of rules and regulations for dog park use and operation by adding a new section, section “9-11-3A”; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents.
