MacArthur Blvd., Coppell, TX 75019 Saturday, March 28 at 11:00 am Notice is hereby given of the possibility of a quorum of the City of Coppell – City Council and other Boards and Commissions members at the event listed above starting at the time listed above. The purpose of the event is to celebrate the opening of Pooch's Bark Park. This is not a “meeting” of the governing body pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.001(4) as the event is a ceremonial event. No formal action will be taken by City Council or other Boards and Commissions in attendance and no discussion of public business will be held, other than that which is incidental to the ceremonial event.
