- 2 Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Parks and Recreation Board of the City of Coppell, Texas, will convene at 6:00 pm at 255 Parkway Boulevard for the purpose of conducting a tour of the City’s parks and recreation system in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code. Members of the Board may discuss park facilities and related matters during the tour; however, no formal action will be taken. The public is welcomed to follow in their personal vehicle.
