12. 3 Discussion and possible action to approve the request to fill the budgeted Maintenance Tech II position in the Facilities Services Department, which has remained vacant for more than six (6) months, in accordance with the Interim Compensation Administration Guidelines, and authorize the department to proceed with recruitment.
13. 4 Discussion and possible action to approve the request to fill the budgeted Clerk III position in the Exposition Complex, which has remained vacant for more than six (6) months, in accordance with the Interim Compensation Administration Guidelines, and authorize the department to proceed with recruitment.
