- 2 A resolution approving an acceptance letter from the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Information Technology Services Department (ITS), to the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TDECD) regarding a Connected Community Facilities grant to construct and improve digital access through the creation of buildings and rehabilitation of existing facilities.
- 3 A Resolution authorizing the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency to negotiate and enter into a PILOT Agreement and accept payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to a multi-family housing project located at 3720 Clarksville Pike known as North River.
- 4 A resolution amending Exhibit A to Resolution RS2023-2144 to reallocate funds, which appropriated $400,125 in American Rescue Plan Act Funds to WeGo, in partnership with Historically Black Colleges and Universities, to allow students, faculty and staff access to public transportation.
